Clubhouse Rental Form

Requests to use the Clubhouse are approved by the HOA Board. Paper forms are available in the Clubhouse foyer or you can continue with this online form. You can mail/email your requests to Mission Management or drop your forms (and checks) in the locked suggestion box outside the Clubhouse front door. FEES:

A one hundred-dollar ($100) refundable clean-up deposit (payable to ‘CVHOA’) will be shall be paid at the time of the reservation.  The deposit will be refunded if the clubhouse is left in suitable condition for next day usage.  This will be determined by the clubhouse chairperson or designated individual.  Payment for all fees and deposits shall be by check only.

A fifty-dollar ($50) non-refundable use fee (payable to ‘CVCC’) shall be paid at the time of the reservation. This fee includes utilities. The homeowner is responsible for laundering the linens used and returning them to the clubhouse within twenty-four hours.

Parties at the Clubhouse must be terminated before Midnight.  There will be a $50 penalty if events do not end by midnight.

USAGE RULES:

I assure that the clubhouse shall not be used for political, religious, charitable or commercial gatherings.

WHEN THE CLUBHOUSE IS RENTED, THE POOL, LOWER PATIO AND OUTSIDE AREAS REMAIN OPEN FOR USE BY CVHOA RESIDENTS & THEIR GUESTS. 

Further, as stated in the Clubhouse Rules, Rule #13: Exclusion of Pool Access.  Private use of the clubhouse does not include use of the pool or pool area. At no time may the area around the pool be used as a private party area – i.e., with tables set up, a bar, etc.  Colonia Verde Association members shall be free to swim and use the pool area at any time while a sponsoring member is having a private party at the clubhouse.  

I, (We) have been supplied with a copy of the “Rules for Use of Colonia Verde Clubhouse” and have read them. I, (We) will comply fully with all regulations stated therein.  

I, (we) wish to utilize the TV and/or the BluRay player, Clubhouse sound music sound system located in the card room and Agree to return all settings, cables and such to their original settings/location.   

Party hosts must make arrangements for their own set-up and cleaning.

Please refer to this Clubhouse Reservation Checklist to ensure that the Clubhouse is both found and left in good order.
