Clubhouse Rental Form Edit page

Requests to use the Clubhouse are approved by the HOA Board. Paper forms are available in the Clubhouse foyer or you can continue with this online form. Please contact Janet Ryan [email protected] or 520-977-8798 for your requests and to confirm if the requested date is available.

FEES:

1) A One Hundred-dollar ($100) non-refundable use fee shall be paid at the time of the reservation request, payable to CVCC. Payment for all fees includes utilities. Events at the clubhouse must end by midnight.  In addition, any event over 6 hours will need to pay $25 per hour until the end of the event.This fee includes utilities.  If the clubhouse table cloths are used then a homeowner is responsible for laundering those linens and returning them to the clubhouse within twenty-four hours.

2) A one hundred-dollar ($100) refundable clean-up deposit, payable to ‘CVCC,  shall be paid at the time of the reservation as well.  This deposit will be refunded if the clubhouse is left in suitable condition for next day usage.  This will be determined by the clubhouse chairperson or designated individual.  

The parties agree to abide by the “Rules for the use of Colonia Verde Clubhouse” - copies available in the front foyer. 

USAGE RULES:

WHEN THE CLUBHOUSE IS RENTED, THE POOL, LOWER PATIO AND OUTSIDE AREAS REMAIN OPEN FOR USE BY CVHOA RESIDENTS & THEIR GUESTS.  THE RENTER MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN PARTY ITEMS INCLUDING PAPER PLATES, NAPKINS, CUPS & CUTLERY.

Further, as stated in the Clubhouse Rules, Rule #13: Exclusion of Pool Access.  Private use of the clubhouse does not include use of the pool or pool area. At no time may the area around the pool be used as a private party area – i.e., with tables set up, a bar, etc.  Colonia Verde Association members shall be free to swim and use the pool area at any time while a sponsoring member is having a private party at the clubhouse.  

I, (We) have been supplied with a copy of the “Rules for Use of Colonia Verde Clubhouse” and have read them. I, (We) will comply fully with all regulations stated therein.  

I, (we) wish to utilize the TV and/or the BluRay player, Clubhouse sound music sound system located in the card room and Agree to return all settings, cables and such to their original settings/location.   

Party hosts must make arrangements for their own set-up and cleaning.

Please refer to this Clubhouse Reservation Checklist to ensure that the Clubhouse is both found and left in good order.
